Cotton and canvas bags

Our cotton and canvas bags are made from natural fibres and, like all cotton products, some shrinkage may occur after washing. For small marks, we recommend spot cleaning where possible to minimise wear and help maintain the bag's original appearance.

If a full wash is required, either hand wash in cold water or machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle and allow the bag to dry naturally. As with many natural cotton products, some lightening of the fabric colour over time and with repeated washing is normal.

Hemp collars and leads

Our hemp dog collars and leads can be either hand washed or machine washed on a warm cycle. If machine washing, we recommend placing them in a wash bag to help protect both the product and your washing machine.

As a natural fibre, hemp will soften with use and washing while retaining its strength and durability.

Cat caves and baskets

Our cat caves and baskets are made from natural wool and can be kept clean with regular vacuuming. For small marks or stains, wet an old toothbrush and gentlly scrub the affected area. A small amount of wool wash may be used if required.

Do not fully immerse in water and do not machine wash, as this may affect the shape and structure of the product. Allow any cleaned areas to dry naturally.

Macramé bags

Our macramé bags are handcrafted from paper straw, which is created by tightly winding paper into a strong, flexible cord before being woven into the finished bag. To keep your bag looking its best, spot clean with a soft, damp cloth and allow it to dry naturally if exposed to moisture.

Do not machine wash, soak or fully immerse the bag in water. When not in use, store away from prolonged direct sunlight and avoid carrying excessively heavy items, as this may affect the shape and longevity of the bag.

Exfoliating stones

Our exfoliating stones are handmade from natural sandstone. After each use, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow the stone to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before storing.

Avoid dropping onto hard surfaces, as this may cause chipping or cracking. If the stone becomes excessively worn or damaged over time, we recommend replacing it.

Wool dryer balls

Our wool dryer balls are made from 100% natural wool and are designed to be reused again and again. Tested to 1,500 drying cycles, they can provide years of regular use in most households.

Store your dryer balls in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses. If they become damp, allow them to air dry completely before storing. Over time, some pilling may occur, which is a normal characteristic of wool and does not affect performance.

If you choose to add essential oils to your dryer balls, please note that this may cause discolouration of the wool over time.
